In 2009, Good Energy Solutions was honored to have helped Michigan Solar Applications on the installation of the largest solar array installed in Michigan to date. This system was a result of a $.45/kWh Feed-In-Tariff. This is a perfect example of the power of FIT Incentives for Solar Installations.

Annual Amount of Pollution Conserved:
Carbon: 3.0 Tons
Coal Conserved: 4.0 Tons
This system is one of the first systems installed in the City of Lawrence, KS. The solar is attached to the utility company Westar Energy’s electrical grid.

The solar is attached to the utility company Westar Energy’s electrical grid. This system will be expanded in the future in order eventually meet all their power needs.

Good Energy Solutions installed these two 25kW arrays for Midland Radio Corp. on their warehouses. This established high tech company chose GES over the competition because of our competitive pricing and attention to their specific needs. The systems will pay for themselves in energy savings in less than 5 years.

This system was designed to maximize the roof space for the owner. We flush mounted 51-250watt modules with Enphase microinverters to get maximum wattage on the roof. This system will produce about 17,500 kWh/year and pay for itself through energy saving in about 7 years.

This residential system was a customized project. The owner required a close fit flush mount racking system and had to be fit into the space while maintaining straight lines top to bottom. We utilized Solarworld modules combined with Enphase inverters to give the client high performing, aesthetically pleasing system.

This hybrid system was installed for the electrical engineering deparment at the Universiy of Missouri Science and Technolgy School. This is a fairly complex system that will be used for research while producing electricity for the facilities. It is composed of two double axis pole mounted tracker arrays and a 12' wind turbine on a 70' tilt up tower.
